Shipping and Returns

Goods ordered in the GORNIK.SI/EN-EU/ online store are shipped as quickly as possible, as we prioritize fast and reliable delivery.  

Fast Delivery 
To ensure prompt delivery, we use the most efficient shipping methods.  
- Orders placed before 12 PM on business days are processed and dispatched the same day via our partner DPD delivery or Post of Slovenia.  
- In-stock items typically arrive in 2-5 business days (deliveries occur in the morning time).  
- Packages are delivered to the address provided during checkout.  

Post of Slovenia
- Deliveries occur in the morning.  
- If you are not home, the courier will leave a pickup notice with instructions for collection at your nearest post office.  
- The delivery slip includes return policy details, warranty claims, and contact information.  
- Once handed over to Post of Slovenia or DPD delivery company, we no longer control delivery times or service quality.  
- Standard delivery within Slovenia takes 1-3 business days from dispatch, within EU 2-5 business days.

Important Notes
- Shippment within EU should be delivered by courier DPD. Befor delivery of the parcel you will receive phone call or be otherwise notified about exact delivery taime and place.
- Uncollected packages will be returned to us, incurring additional return fees (€15.00), which the customer must cover for reshipment.  
- Cash on delivery is not available for reshipments.
- If you do not receive the package or notice within 2-3 business days after expected delivery, contact us at +386 599 64 030 to avoid extra costs.

- Free shipping for orders over €300.  
- Shipping fees for Slovenia:  
  - €5.00 (orders under €100)  
  - €2.50 (orders €100–€299.99)  
  - Free (orders €300+)  

GERMANY: 13,00 EUR
AUSTRIA: 13,00 EUR
ITALY: 13,00 EUR
HUNGARY: 9,00 EUR
CROATIA: 9,00 EUR

Additional Info
- Out-of-stock items may delay delivery. Expected restock dates are listed in the product description.  
- If only some items in your order are delayed, we will:  
  - Ship available items first (free of charge for subsequent shipments).  
  - Contact you to confirm.  
- For long delays, we will notify you and offer cancellation if preferred.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
- You may cancel your order within 14 days by emailing [info@gornik.si](mailto:info@gornik.si) or submitting an online form.  
- Clearly state your name, order number, invoice number, and return reason.  

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include a copy of the invoice.  
- Refunds (including standard shipping costs) are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.  
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (cash-on-delivery returns not accepted).  
- Non-refundable: Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved/embroidered products).
