Terms and Conditions
General Information
The online store GORNIK.SI is operated by the company GORNIK AVANTURA, D.O.O. (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). The Provider ensures the operation of the online store in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot). Below are the Terms and Conditions of use.
The online store is available for shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use of the store is free of charge. The buyer is obligated to accept the ordered goods. Upon receipt, the buyer must verify the quantity and quality of the ordered goods. Payment is made using the method selected during the order confirmation. Order tracking is available under "My Data" and then "My Orders," where the current status of the order can be checked. The Provider also notifies the buyer via email about the order status.

Online Shopping
- Prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT. The price for the selected goods is valid on the day of purchase or the day the order is placed via GORNIK.SI. If the price changes during order processing, the Provider will notify the buyer and seek a mutually satisfactory solution.
- Regular Price: The standard selling price of an item.
- Promotional Price: A discounted price for a specific period.
- Product offerings, including prices and other conditions, may change online.
- Registered users of GORNIK.SI have a username (email) and password. Users must ensure the accuracy of their data and keep their login details secure. Registered users can shop online and receive newsletters (if subscribed).

- The sales contract between the buyer and the Provider is concluded when the buyer pays the invoice amount. The buyer will receive a link to the Provider's server where the contract/invoice/order is stored. Buyers can also access their orders by logging into their profile.
Purchase Process
Shopping is done by adding desired items to the cart. Items and quantities can be modified at any time before finalizing the order.
To shop online, registration is required. If the buyer is not yet registered, they can create an account under "CREATE AN ACCOUNT."
The purchase is completed in four (4) steps:

2. DELIVERY INFORMATION
3. PAYMENT METHOD
4. REVIEW AND CONFIRM ORDER
Before final confirmation, the buyer can review the order contents and make changes by clicking "EDIT" next to each category. The delivery address, items, billing address, and comments can be adjusted. By clicking "CONFIRM ORDER," the order is officially submitted to the Provider.
After submission, the buyer receives an email confirming the order. The Provider processes orders on business days by 12:00 PM, checking delivery times for each item. The order is either confirmed or rejected (with notification to the buyer). If discrepancies arise, the Provider will contact the buyer via phone or email to resolve the issue.
Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery: Common for small orders.
- Bank Transfer: Payment to the company's account confirms the order. Goods are shipped after payment is received. Include "Bank Transfer" in the order notes.
- PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners) via PayPal.
- Diners Club Card: Immediate or up to 24-installment payment.
Gornik Club Terms:
1. The issuer and owner of the Gornik Club card is Gornik Avantura d.o.o., Kidriceva cesta 39B, 4220 Skofja Loka.
2. The Gornik Club card offers benefits in the Gornik store in Skofja Loka.
3. Any individual over 15 years old can obtain the card by requesting it in-store. Legal entities are ineligible. Each person can hold only one card.
4. The General Business Terms, available on www.gornik.si or in-store, apply. The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms.
5. By signing the application, the buyer consents to data verification and processing in compliance with data protection laws. Cardholders can opt out of marketing communications.
6. The card is valid until canceled by the issuer or holder.
7. Gornik Avantura is not liable for card misuse.
8. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.
9. Card benefits apply to online purchases, except for already discounted items. The maximum discount is 10%.
10. Discount codes (e.g., GORNIKKLUB/NAKUP5) cannot be used for certain items, such as Res-Q rescue clothing or products in promotional sales.
Promotions/Daily Deals/Last Pieces
- Promotions: Updated every 14 days.
- Daily Deals: One product offered at a better price each day.
- Last Pieces: Items from previous seasons sold at clearance prices.
Discounts
Discounts are not cumulative. The system applies the most favorable discount for the buyer.
First-time users receive an automatic 5% discount invitation, valid only for regular-priced items (excluding already discounted products).
Complaints
Complaints are handled in the buyer's favor, in accordance with consumer protection laws. The buyer covers return shipping costs, while the Provider covers replacement shipping costs. Written complaints can be submitted via email or the online contact form.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the purchase date.
Colors and Models
Displayed colors and models on GORNIK.SI may vary. Photos do not reflect current stock. Buyers are advised to verify colors before purchasing. Available colors and sizes are listed next to the product description.
Product Repairs
Repairs are performed after assessing the defect or damage. Contact the Provider first to describe the issue. Items sent for repair must be clean. Only Gornik-branded products are repaired.
Order Cancellation - Right of Withdrawal
Buyers (individuals) have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying mailto:pohodnistvo@gornik.si or writing to:

No reason for cancellation is required. The goods must be returned within 30 days, in unchanged quantity, undamaged, and in original packaging. If the goods have been used or the buyer changes their mind, the right of withdrawal is forfeited. If the Provider determines the goods are not in their original condition, compensation or non-refundable redelivery may be required. The buyer covers return shipping costs.
For business entities or legal persons, the above terms do not apply. Each case is handled individually, with the Provider striving for a mutually satisfactory resolution.
Reservations or Pending Items
Items can be reserved for up to 24 hours. For online orders with in-store pickup, items are held for a maximum of 48 hours.
Disclaimer
The Provider strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information on GORNIK.SI. Errors may occur. Product specifications, availability, and prices may change rapidly, and the Provider may not always update the website promptly. In such cases, the buyer will be notified and allowed to cancel or replace the order. The Provider is not responsible for user-generated content or typographical errors. Mistakes in product descriptions, prices, or features are unintentional, and the Provider aims for accuracy.

Newsletters and Notifications
