The Scarpa Zodiac Tech GTX women's hiking shoes are technical, responsive, precise hiking boots designed for walking, longer treks, rescue and via ferrata climbing. The special feature of these shoes is that they are very flexible in the ankle, the lower part is rigid, since we have the option of using semi-automatic crampons. The front part of the shoe is designed to enable precise stepping and climbing.
The shoes are mid-high and have a rubberized ankle part, which prevents dirt and stones from getting into the shoe. The laces reach all the way to the toes and the shoes can be fully adjusted (walking downhill, walking uphill). Despite their technicality, the shoes are very light. They are intended for use in high mountains as well as for shorter winter tours and lower hills. A rubberized part is glued around the entire shoe, which further extends the life of the shoe (use in high mountains, walking on scree).
