Delivery and Returns
Goods ordered from the online store GORNIK.SI are dispatched as quickly as possible, as we pay special attention to delivery.
To ensure the fastest delivery of ordered items, we use the most optimal routes. For all orders received by 12:00 PM on a business day, we ensure they are dispatched the same day via our contracted distributor whether Post of Slovenia or other freight companies. This means you can expect the goods in next few days. This applies to items in stock. Packages are delivered in the morning. The package will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
The delivery time after handing over to the delivery service usually is:
- within Croatia: approx. 1–3 business days,
- within Europe: approx. 2–6 business days,
Free Delivery
For all shipments with a value exceeding €300.00, delivery is free.
Shipping Costs
The delivery cost is uniform across Europe and varies based on the order value:
- Standard: €17,00
- From €300.00 onwards: shipping is free

Items can also be picked up in person at the following address:

No additional processing fees are charged for personal pickup. Additionally, you can take the opportunity to consult with our experts for advice on the use of purchased items or future purchases.
Good to Know
- If an item is not in stock in our warehouse, delivery may take a few extra days. In this case, we will proceed as follows: the estimated delivery time is listed in the store catalog.
- If the product is unavailable at the time of order placement, we will notify you and provide the earliest possible delivery time.
- If you order multiple items and some have longer waiting times than others, we will contact you via email to ask if we can deliver the available items first and the others later. If you agree, you will only pay shipping costs for the first delivery; subsequent deliveries will be covered by us.
- If delivery requires a longer waiting period, we will notify you via email and try to agree on the delivery. If you do not agree with the extended delivery time and cancel the order, we will remove those items from the order or cancel the order entirely.

Contract Cancellation with Written Notice
The buyer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days by notifying Gornik Avantura, d.o.o., in writing. This can be done via email at info@gornik.si or by filling out the online form. The 14-day cancellation period begins the day after the ordered goods are received/delivered. The electronic cancellation notice must clearly state the decision to cancel the contract (including your name, date, order number, and invoice number).
Return of Goods
If the buyer has already received the goods and cancels the contract, the received goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the written cancellation notice. The refund of payments, including shipping costs (except for additional costs due to choosing a non-standard delivery method), will be processed immediately or no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice, using the same payment method as the buyer. The buyer may explicitly request a different payment method on the refund form.
Under no circumstances will the buyer incur any costs for the refund. However, any used promotional codes or discounts will not be refunded.
Returned products must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in unchanged quantity, unless the products were destroyed, damaged, lost, or reduced in quantity due to no fault of the buyer. The buyer must not use the products unrestrictedly until the contract is canceled. The buyer may inspect and test the products to the extent necessary to determine their actual condition. The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the product's value if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functionality.
The buyer does not have the right to cancel the contract for items made to the buyer's exact specifications or customized to personal needs, or items that are not suitable for return due to their nature. Products with unique prints, embroidery, or other customizations cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to the buyer's order.
For buyers who fail to collect previous shipments, the seller may require prepayment of shipping costs for new or repeated deliveries, which are not considered part of the purchase price for the goods ordered online.
When returning goods, always include a copy of the original invoice. Send the goods with the invoice copy and the form no later than 14 days after submitting the written cancellation notice to Gornik Avantura, d.o.o., or leave them at the retail store at Kidričeva 39B, Škofja Loka.
You can also print the return form and include it with the returned product.

The buyer covers the return shipping costs. We do not accept returned shipments with cash-on-delivery payment for return postage.
