The Mont Blanc Pro Gtx boots are extremely lightweight, precise and comfortable winter boots for all forms of mountaineering and climbing. They will give you incredible agility in technical combined climbing as well as when climbing more difficult routes in the Alps.
They are characterized by true versatility, low weight and warmth. 3mm leather together with Schoeller material and Scarpa Sock Fit technology creates a grip like no other. Waterproofing is provided by a Gore-Tex membrane and an additional gaiter, which ensures that there will be no unpleasant surprises from above.
After each use, shoes need to be dried. This can be done by cleaning them and placing them somewhere at room temperature (do not place the shoes directly on a heat source).
We should not overdo it when it comes to lubricating shoes. Shoes should be lubricated as needed. At Gornik we use cleaners, waxes and impregnation from the manufacturer Storm .
If you need impregnation for leather shoes (smooth leather, work shoes, etc.), we recommend using wax .
For all other materials that shoes are made of, the best is the Impregnation Spray . This treatment ensures a longer lifespan for the shoe and additional protection against weather conditions.
But if your shoes are just dirty and the dirt won't come off, we have a special shoe cleaner for you, which also comes in a spray.
All ointments and sprays should be applied to dry shoes! When applying sprays to shoes, it is also necessary to pay attention to the distance at which you hold the spray (see instructions).
Once the shoes are dry, they are ready to be used again.
