The name of the product itself tells you that the sweaters are made from recycled material. Pontetorto uses Perpetual yarn, which is made with a technology that converts plastic bottles into high-quality sustainable yarn strands that then form the material from which the clothes are made.
The sweater can be used for various activities. It is great for hiking, mountaineering, climbing, running or just for leisure time because it is aesthetically and modernly designed. There is a reflective mountaineering sign on the back of the collar, so you are visible even at night. The women's model has a small pocket on the hips, and the men's model has one on the chest. The pocket is used to store your phone or any other small items. The sweaters have edge elastic on both the sleeves and the hips, which serves the purpose of keeping the sweater in place and not slipping anywhere.
The sweater can be worn as a first layer (put on directly against the skin) or as a second layer (wear some activewear underneath), depending on the individual and the low temperatures. Another good feature of this sweater is that it can be used all year round.
